Had a great experience with this office! Everyone from office staff, tech, hygienist, and dentist were all warm and welcoming. It was a busy day in clinic but my appointment didnt feel rushed. Daniela the hygienist did a great job explaining everything. Highly recommend!

I’ve been to a lot of dental offices over the years, and Dr. Sarah Menias and her team are truly the best. Everyone in the office is so friendly, welcoming, and genuinely kind. From the front desk staff to the hygienists, you can tell they really care about their patients and go out of their way to make every visit a great experience. Dr. Menias is amazing—she is knowledgeable, honest, gentle, and takes the time to explain everything without ever making you feel rushed. She makes going to the dentist so much less stressful and always makes me feel comfortable and confident in my care. The hygienists are wonderful as well. My cleanings are always thorough but gentle, and they are so friendly and easy to talk to. The entire office is professional, organized, and runs on time, which I really appreciate. It’s not often that you find a healthcare office where every single person is exceptional, but that’s exactly how I feel about this practice. I actually enjoy coming here, and I recommend Dr. Menias and her team to all of my friends and family. Five stars all around!

Wow, what can I say about Miramar Parkway Dental? Everyone there was absolutely phenomenal! I was referred by Specialty Smiles, and not only were they able to squeeze my son in for a same-day appointment, but they also managed to fit me in as well. The entire front office staff was AMAZING—from Laura, Jen, Asia, and Rocio. They were welcoming, professional, and made the whole experience seamless. The hygienist, Natalia, was incredibly helpful, kind, and informative. Dr. Menias made the entire process comfortable and enjoyable from start to finish. My son and I both had a truly wonderful experience. With my recent move, finding a great dental office was important, and I can honestly say I may have found my new dental home! I highly recommend Miramar Parkway Dental to anyone looking for exceptional care and outstanding customer service. 😀

⭐☆☆☆☆ I started Invisalign treatment with this office in June 2025. Before beginning treatment, I specifically informed the office that I would soon be changing jobs and insurance providers. I was advised that this would not be a problem, and I proceeded with treatment based on the financial terms presented to me. After treatment was already underway and after I had paid over $1,000, I was later informed that I would need to pay approximately an additional $1,500 in order to complete treatment and receive my final retainer/night guard. I disputed the additional charge and requested that the matter be reviewed. Over the course of several months, I spoke with Rocio, who advised me multiple times that she would discuss the matter with the doctor and call me back. Unfortunately, despite multiple promises, I never received a return call or a final decision. I made numerous attempts to resolve this matter professionally. Because no public email address was available, I repeatedly called the office and eventually sent messages through the office’s social media accounts requesting a response. Sorry, after today's experience I'll give it 0 stars. I came in for a filling they said I needed after a cleaning (dental hygienist was super great). The doctor did the filling - was great. Went home, had pain and sensitivity. Went back after a few days for an adjustment. Still pain when biting and sensitivity. Went back today for an adjustment. Things were better but then in the middle of it the doctor walks away and then so does the assistant and 25 mins later I'm still wondering what I'm doing on the chair with no updates!! With a bottle of cool water that's sending sharp pain up my tooth every time I drink. Did I mention the assistant took 2 X-rays that still didn't give the doctor the look she wanted and then took a 3rd. I get the doctor is busy but this is assistant fail on multiple attempts. Time is important to me and I hate medical offices that treat patients like we've got nothing better to go than kill time in their offices. I'll go here for a cleaning but nothing else.
